Beginning therapy is an important decision, and finding the right therapist is often more important than making a quick choice.

For that reason, I offer an initial conversation where we can explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss any questions you may have, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation to continue after this conversation.

Individual Counselling

Initial Consultation 15 Minutes Free of Charge

50-minute session £ 70.00

Sessions are tipycally held weekly at the same time, providing consistency and a reliable space for our work together.

Where Sessions Take Place

I offer:

Face-to-face counselling in South East and Central London

Online counselling throughout the UK via secure video platform

Payment

Payment is requested by bank transfer before each session unless we agree otherwise.

Details will be provided when we arrange our first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less notice are normally charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

Reduced Fees

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available for students or those experiencing financial hardship.
